We are a PYO soft fruit farm based in the Vale of Glamorgan in South Wales.
Every summer for
over 30 years we have been open to all to pick a variety of wonderful fresh soft fruit
including raspberries, strawberries, gooseberries and
blackcurrants. The 2012 season is nearly
upon us and we are busy getting ready to open for picking. As last year, we have had a wonderful burst of warm
sunny weather followed by a switch to colder weather with
buckets of rain for the past few weeks. Whilst most
welcome, this has put the blossom on the strawberries and
raspberries on pause, making it a bit tricky to work out when
the fruit will be ready.
As we suspected last week, our planned opening
day needs to be put back so we now have the week starting 4th
June pencilled in. If you are
